What’s been happening:

Greetings to Phi Mu sisters and those in the class of 1962 who knew me by my initials of NED. Until my marriage in 1973 to James H. Carville, I worked for CBS-TV. I then taught art at Methacton Jr/Sr high until we bought an old farm dating to 1717 which we lovingly restored. It is now on the National Register of Historic places. I relaxed by riding my horses, fox hunting and competing in 3-day eventing and dressage. Our daughter Kimberly Anne, born 8/9/77, graduated from the Agnes Irwin School and then Lehigh University in 2000. When Kim was in 4th grade at West Chester Friends school, I went back to teaching art in the West Chester Area School District until retiring in 2003. I am happily retired and glad to be doing my own oils, watercolors, pastels and bronze sculptures. I stay active playing on our Whitford CC ladies golf team, go to the gym daily, work around our farm and care for and ride my Quarter Horse, Colten's Conclusion. We compete in pace events or trail ride with friends. A long time member of the Phila Guild of Hand Weavers, I enjoy fiber arts: spinning, knitting, weaving or doing tapestry on one my looms. I have many years volunteering through the Junior League of Philadelphia and have served on and chaired the West Whiteland Twp. Historical Commission and still serve on its Planning Commission.
